Hoang B - $2,000/month

I am moving to NYC for a finance gig soon (by the end of this month) and will be working in Midtown. I am looking to find an apartment in the same area to minimize commute (10-15 mins walk to work - the shorter walk the better).

My budget is flexible, but I am not looking for anything too expensive (my budget can go up to $2000. However, around $1800 a month with all utilities included would be ideal. Lower is okay as well, as long as the quality is there, and the apartment is not inconveniently located).

I am in my mid 20s, clean, neat, friendly, and respectful. I don't smoke, but I don't mind a few drinks here and there. Most of the time, I will be busy at work. I like staying active - going to the gym about three times a week and going out for a run over the weekend. I do have friends over once in a while. I am looking for a relaxed, quiet, and drama-free environment.
