I am moving out of my apartment mid to end January. About my roommates: two young professionals. One is 22 and one is 23. They both work down near Wall Street. They work Monday through Friday around 8/8:30a to 6pm. They’re easy going and like to lay low during the week. On weekends they enjoy going out just as much as they do hanging in watching Netflix. About the apartment: true 3 bedroom apartment in kips bay. One bathroom. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. We do not have laundry in unit they are in the middle of putting laundry in the building. I have been using a laundry place right next door that is .75 cents a pound for wash, dry and fold. You can drop off and pick up within the same day. We are a few blocks from Trader Joe’s, dagastino, Whole Foods. The 6 and NQRW are a few blocks away as well. Since the apartment is located in the back of the building we do not hear sirens or street noise. Let me know if you’re interested or have any additional questions!
