I'm originally from NC and I have been in NYC for three years. I've lived in my LES apartment for two years and my current roommates are moving out. The location is amazing and for the price, you really can't beat it. I'm outgoing, love to entertain and make people laugh. I work in beauty PR so if you want free beauty products, I got you. Hours are 9-6, but I'm usually there until 7/8. I like to have friends over, especially on the weekend. There's a nice rooftop of the building that has the best view of the Freedom Tower that's always a real crowdpleaser. ig: @paygetherage

The Rooms: There are two available rooms in a three bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side. The larger of the two rooms has it's own bathroom and is $1490 a month. The smaller of the rooms is $1290 and shares bathroom. Furniture in rooms not included.
The Timing: May 1st move in.
The Location: Location is amazing! Located in the heart of LES. Walking distance to the F, M, J and Z - 3 minute walk.The building does not have laundry, but there are several laundomats nearby.
The Roommate: I am a 20-something F with a full-time job in beauty PR/Social Media. Would prefer F roomies, but would consider M. No couples.
The Apartment: Most of the furniture pictured in the communal area will be going with the exception of the couch! Apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building. There's access to the rooftop which has a great view of One World Trade. Super cute and nice in the summa! Utilities + Cable average at about $100 pp a month. No dishwasher.
