The room will be open for Nov. through Jan. Listing as Month to Month for $1,400 but I can do a better price if you agree to all three months and pay 2 up front. The room will have a bed, two marble side tables, a record player and clothing rack as well as sizable closet + a few plants (would love if whoever stayed in my room kept them alive but I can also move to the common space - would be up to you). I would be happy to remove some furniture if you would like/have your own.

I will be using the space under the bed and the top shelf of the closet to store clothes/belongings while I am gone. Price includes TV/Internet (we do not have cable but we have Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go so you will be covered).

Surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants, bars / music venues, cafes, shops, and much more. Units boast a beautiful stainless steel kitchen (including dishwasher), one full bath + one half bath, and laundry in the building as well as an exercise room.

We are a tidy apartment and keep the common space clean.

My roommates are both really busy so they are out a lot but both so nice and would love someone they can hang out / watch TV with but no need to be besties if you want to keep to yourself. Rachel, 23 works at Thrillist and Morgan 25 works at NBC.
