Looking for a female roommate to share our lovely Upper West Side apartment! The room is available June 1.

About the apartment: Check it out on Refinery 29! The room for rent is the one with the private bathroom. (Referred to as Aida's room in the video.)

This is a true three bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The room for rent is the one with the private bathroom. This is a 4th floor walk up. Three flights of stairs. Not too bad :) There is no laundry in the building but there is a great spot one block away that has free pick up and delivery or you can do the laundry on site there. The kitchen is large with full sized appliances. The bedroom and entire apartment is super sunny and light - it truly is a beautiful space. We feel so lucky to live here.

About the neighborhood: Lincoln Square is great! There are lots of restaurants, shopping, groceries and pharmacies. The neighborhood has a team keeping it clean. Lincoln Center is across the street! (Trader Joes and Whole Foods within walking distance) There are many gyms to choose from as well. The 1 train is a block away on 66th. Super convenient location!

About the roommates: Both roommates are late 20's, single, fun girls! One is in software sales and the other is in financial services. We keep the apartment super clean, no shoes on in the common areas. We are your typical busy NY girls. We don't have a ton of gatherings but also love to have people over from time to time since our space is so great.

Utilities are split 3 ways - gas, electric and internet.

The room is available to come furnished (except mattress)- please let me know if you are interested!
