Hey Guys,

My roommate unfortunately had to cancel and move back home and now I am stuck with a room that I need to fill. I have a 2 bedroom apartment that construction is just finishing up from being completely renovated. It is in Crown Heights in Brooklyn and I will attach a video from a realtor that is of another unit renovated by the same company. $1250 would be rent plus cable.

I'm 24 moving to NYC for graduate school, I'm from Connecticut and went to UConn for landscape architecture. I like to travel, eat, and stay active. I'm very easy going, clean, neat, respectful. I like to have fun and go out on the weekends and stay in during the week.

To me I would prefer a roommate that I get along with, can go out with, do things and be friends with. I am moving to the city for the first time and never lived in an apartment before.
