Jimmy O - $1,200/month

A little about myself, I am 26 years old born and raised in Arizona. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in exercise science from Arizona State University. I have lived with many roommates (both ladies and gents) in the past while as ASU and am a very clean and organized person. I don't ask for much but I do ask for someone who has an outgoing personality and happy similar to me. I know work can get stressful for most but when I come home I want it to be relaxed and enjoyable to sit in the comfort of my own home. So keep work related stress at work and when it comes to living, you should be eased out and keep a positive mind. I do not have any pets with me but am not opposed to having a dog around since I will be leaving mine behind. I recently got offered a job in manhattan as a health fitness specialist so as you can imagine I am a very active person who likes to train, run, yoga and do outdoor activities such as hikes and exploring the city. I am not high maintenance and am always trying to keep my home clean and not a sh*t hole(excuse my French). I do plan on moving without my car, so living in manhattan (I know can be pricey) is ideal but I would like to find a roommate in which I can share this amazing opportunity with and someone who is also like minded with a very positive attitude. How could I forget about partying? I think I'm passed the age where I go to parties every week and drink an enormous amount of liquor..lol but that doesn't mean that I don't drink at all. I occasionally will have wine at home after a days work and will be down to grab drinks on the weekend just not at the level of being plastered. I do not smoke cigarettes and would not like to live with an avid smoker as I do get headaches from the smells. If you'd like to know more about me. Please feel free to ask..
