Born and raised in NYC with a stop in Chicago as well. In my early 30s, working full-time as the Communications Director at a nonprofit in Chelsea. Just broke up with girlfriend I was living with, so...I'm looking for a room on one-year lease as soon as possible. The latest I would want to move in is December 1. With roommates who are some combo of easy-going, friendly, fun, and respectful of others. Male or female. No pets. Love them but am allergic unfortunately. Like things on the tidy side, but definitely not a neat-freak by any means.

I would describe myself as very chill and laid back. Big on sports, media, outdoors, going to the gym, and tech. I don't cook often but am cool learning new cooking skills and helping out if that is case. Like being friendly and hanging out with roommates, but if people want to do their own thing that is fine. Just want the place to be welcoming and relaxing with good people in it.
