Chelsea R - $1,300/month

I'm a reference/instructional librarian starting a new job in January that is a regular 9-5. I spent the last two years in Boston and lived in Brooklyn before that. I'm not from NYC (my profile won't let me change it). I'm actually from Upstate NY near Syracuse. I am reliable, organized, and I always pick up after myself. I love to cook and bake, but I usually meal prep so I am not always in the kitchen. I have a pretty serious love for Netflix on weeknights and generally like to have low key nights in after work. I enjoy going to the movies, walking in the park, going to museums/galleries/live music/plays, traveling when I can, and yoga. I like my alone time, but I'm also down for occasional hang out's in the apartment and will ideally become friends or friendly acquaintances with the person or people I live with. I would like to live with someone that is friendly, clean, pays bills on time, and is respectful of common space areas.
