I'm a twenty eight year old male. I work as an auditor at Deloitte. January through April ("busy season") I work literally all day (Monday through Thursday 9am - midnight; Friday and Saturdays 9am - 6pm). For the rest of the year I pretty much have a normal 9am - 6:30pm schedule. On my free time I hang out with friends, may go to the gym, or for a run, do yoga, or study for the CPA. I go out on weekends, drink socially (nothing else). I'm a normal guy, laid-back, easy to get along with and have common sense (clean up after myself, neat, respectful towards others and their things).

About your Home:
The room is large, with two big windows that allow lots of morning sunlight, as well as access to two closets. This room also contains direct access to the internet router, making surfing the web, or connecting via an Ethernet cable quick and easy for gaming, streaming movies, or working from home. The apartment as a whole is clean and well maintained, with a good sized kitchen and a shared bathroom.
About your neighborhood:
We are across the street from a school, with plenty of unofficial parking. When the N/W returns to 36th Ave in June, we will be .3 miles from this subway. Until then we are .5 miles from the 7 and N/W at Queensborough Plaza and .6 miles from E/M/R at Queens Plaza. The neighborhood has a lot of great spots to eat and go out, all walking distance.
Security deposit and first month's rent are due upon move-in. Utilities are separate and average between $65 - $80 each a month. Small pets and cats will be considered on a case by case basis. Sorry, no dogs.
