My name is Christopher and I just wrapped up a 5-year design degree in Cincinnati, Ohio. During school I spent every other semester interning so I've lived in NYC, SF, and Singapore, and obviously Ohio. #Ohiopride! Moving every four months for 4 years has been a wild and rewarding ride but you have no idea how happy I am to be settling down finally. I work at a rad design firm in midtown doing strategy and ux design (i.e. I plan how apps and websites should work). I'll be there from 10-7 five days a week. Outside of work I'm heavily involved with the coolest church in the world, Hillsong NYC, and I spend a lot of my time running with the crew there. Hillsong is my #1 favorite thing about this city. My #2 is Junior's Devil's food cheesecake. How's that for a juxtaposition? I know...
On that note, I got an ice cream maker back in December and have been having a ton of fun with that. Know that there will always be ice cream in the freezer. At the same time I'm a pretty healthy eater and I like to cook. Smoothies are a way of life. I'm a very independent, mature, and playful person and you should be as well. I personally don't smoke, drink, or do drugs but I don't care if you drink within reason. While I love dogs, I'm not interested in any of us having pets. I'm both very clean and very organized. Notice the lack of crap everywhere in the apartment... it needs to stay like that. I want this apartment to be a clean, quiet, and beautiful retreat from this crazy city. I've poured a lot of time, effort, and money into this apartment and expect the same care, and respect for the place from you. We will not be hosting parties, but I do expect and want this to be a social place to bring friends back to on occasion. I also expect to have guests from out of town visit on occasion and am totally open to accommodating your guests as well. I'm definitely a fun and entertaining person to live with and want to be able to come home and have a blast hanging with my roommates. In all reality, there will also be nights where I'll just want to chill in my room alone. I'm an introverted extrovert if that makes sense. All in all, no drama, just be cool and let's have all the fun! You're only young and living in the big city once.

We've got a sick 3 bedroom apartment in Bushwick and are looking for the perfect third (male) roommate. You're ideally down to stay for a full year with the possibility to stay longer if things work out well. We're both working full time and are looking for the same. We're both 23 and one of us is a designer and the other an architect.
THE APARTMENT:
3 Bedroom. 1 Bath. Recently renovated (we're the first tenants since it was gutted). AC! Dishwasher! Stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors. Open concept common space. Massive skylight (seriously the brightest apt in all of Brooklyn. I intentionally took most of the photos without lights on as proof). Kitchen and common areas already stocked and furnished (tv coming soon and I just assembled a long and beautiful charcoal gray metal tv stand). It's a new, quality, and beautiful place filled with new, quality, and beautiful things. I have no more patience for crappy apartments and this definitely isn't one. 50 mbps internet. Quick and easy commute into the city on two separate lines. 1 block from the DeKalb stop on the L. 4 blocks from the Knickerbocker stop on the M. Your room is a good size, is in the front of the apartment, and has the third bedroom stacked above it. The bedroom has two big windows and a closet.
