Looking for a 3rd roommate! Great spot in Murray Hill

Hi! Our third roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, but we love the apartment and the location, so we are putting his room on the market.

We're on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings in The Collective New York. You can check out the website for a list of all the amenities!

For the apartment itself, the room on the market is the biggest of the three and has two windows, as well as some exposed brick. The living room is not massive, but comfortably fits 6-8 people on two couches if people are over. The bathroom also has a rain shower which is pretty sweet!

The two remaining roommates both keep a very clean apartment, and work 9-5 every day at the same firm. We're both laid back and cool with pretty much anyone!
