One of my lovely roommates is sadly moving out and we are looking for someone equally great to fill their bedroom. Only a 5 minute walk from either Halsey L train or Myrtle/Wyckoff L/M, 10 min from the J/Z, so it's a great location to ride out the L train shutdown.

We are the first tenants in this newly gut renovated apartment so everything is sparkling new. Hardwood floors, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances. Each roommate has their own bathroom, so no hassles with bathroom schedules. Living room has a sofa-bed and TV with Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Go, Xbox One. The neighborhood is great, new bars and restaurants are opening all the time and the Deli & Grill at the bottom of the block is a great one-stop shop for groceries.

The roommates: Connor is a 31-year old Project Manager for a consulting firm and will make you fancy cocktails if you've had a long day at work. Kara is a 25-year old graphic designer whose mom has the hookup on all the best instant ramen brands. We both get along well and are hoping to find someone of like mind.

Available May 1st for a year-long lease. Heat and hot water included in rent, we pay for electric and internet. No couples. Must pass a credit check and have proof of income.
