Hi there! My name's Alyssa, and I work in research regulations. Just accepted a new job offer in Midtown East, and I'm excited to be committing to living the dream of being in NYC. In my free time, I run, do yoga, and teach English as a Second Language as a volunteer gig. I'm thinking about taking kickboxing or martial arts classes because that seems fun. Until recently, I've been working for an international development non-profit, and I've lived in 3 different countries outside the US. I speak Spanish and French decently well. I'm super easygoing and don't mind much in the way of roommates, just ask that people have respectful noise levels at night (and of course don't want to live in a loud neighborhood). Work is standard 9-5 but I also work a few part-time jobs here and there and have a big professional certification exam coming up so am sure to be studying a lot, but I do also find time for fun and going out!
