Hi, I'm looking to fill a spot in a decent apartment end of July/very beginning of August 2018 (I'm early, I know). Ideally a semi-furnished place, and I will take over a previous roommate's spot on the lease.

I currently live in Brooklyn but am interested in moving to the city, though not opposed to another great BK spot. I work in the city in media full-time. I probably do something after work 2x a week on average but nothing wild. I'm clean, social, considerate, and never bring the party home.

I don't care if you smoke, as long as it's not inside, and though I love pets, I prefer if you don't have one. I love to go out and have a good time, but I love a night home here or there. We can definitely be friends but I will very much respect the roommate boundary. If this sounds like a good match for you, let me know!
