My roommate and I are looking to find someone to move in to our third bedroom starting March 1 as our current roommate is unfortunately moving out of the US.
We're on a 2nd floor walk up on 105th and 3rd/ Lexington. The room is $980 (what a steal right?! - pictures coming soon!) and our kitchen and living room is fully furnished/ stocked. Rent includes hot water, heat, and a FREE cleaning service every two weeks. Laundry is right below the apartment and the 103rd subway stop is just 2 blocks away.
A little bit about me... I'm 25 and originally from California and moved to NYC in Fall 2018. I work in fundraising for a youth education nonprofit and am a part-time grad student in PR & Corporate Comms at NYU. I love spending time outdoors, going kickboxing, cooking/ baking, and I travel quite often for work.
My second roommate is 24 and also from California. She moved to NYC for a job in marketing about a year ago. We're both fun, clean, and respectable of each others' space but also enjoy hanging out and exploring the neighborhood together occasionally.
We're looking for young professionals to live with that are clean, respectable, yet like to have fun and would be down to hang and explore the neighborhood occasionally. Please DM me if you're interested to learn more!
