I am a young professional straight male who is looking for a roommate to share a 2BR apartment with a shared bathroom and a balcony overlooking the east river. It is about a 7 minute walk southeast of Grand Central. I work normal corporate hours and lay low during the weeknights. I am looking for an April or May move-in date. Rent is $2,050 per person and the bedroom is large for NYC standards. Plenty of closet storage (you have 1 entire closet to yourself in the foyer and a shared pantry closet, also your bedroom closet). We split utilities and cable bills 50/50, which is on average $100 per person per month.
Few things I am looking for primarily because I live this way too:
-no smoking or drugs
-pays bills on time
-it's a "no pet" building
-Clean, so if messy in the kitchen or you don't do the dishes or leave them in the sink after cooking it probably wouldnt work

-if crumbs on kitchen floor, dishes in the sink, or toothbrush stains on the bathroom sink annoy you, we'll get along great (I can't stand when people don't clean up after themselves, so it probably wouldnt work if you're somewhat messy)
