Looking to move to Brooklyn with another laid back and considerate individual.
The apartment is a 3 Bedroom 1 bath place located in Bushwick, Brooklyn at 1056 Willoughby Ave.
It has central air, laundry in the basement, and access to a large living room and roof. The apartment is also a short walk over to the L train and a few restaurants and bars! it's quiet, spacious, and very cozy!
We're asking $1,100 for the room which doesn't include utilities. One month rent along w/ a security deposit is due at signing. the lease is annual w/ a negotiable move in date (Sept 1st preffered)
