Hi, looking to sublet my furnished room in a two bedroom/ one bathroom apartment in Washington Heights. Apartment available starting Dec 15th.

Newly renovated unit, with brand new appliances and flooring. Unit is very spacious, has incredible sunlight, close to both the 1&A trains and various grocery stores. Elevator in building!
