Emily K - $1,500/month

Hi! I graduated with a Masters in Public Accounting this past May, and am moving out to New York in September for my job in public accounting that starts October 1st. I am looking for a roommate that is also interested in a September lease. I don't intend on getting out there until mid September, but I am willing to pay for the full month if we can't find a mid September lease.

I am a clean person and any mess I have would be kept in my room. I like to keep the kitchen clean as well as the bathroom. I am very respectful of my roommate's stuff as well as their schedules. During the week I will most likely go to the gym after work and then eat (maybe enjoy a glass of wine!) and go to bed. During the weekend I like to go out and do stuff around the city, but I definitely like nights in as well!

I'm looking for a roommate that is also clean, respectful, and keeps the mess in their own room. I also prefer someone who is in the workforce as well (no students please!). I would like to live in the Midtown areas at about $1,500.
