I'm planning on moving out shortly with my twin sister to new york, we are looking for roommates that are decent people and so that we'll have a place by the time we leave which might be two months after July or three it really depends on the money we've saved over the past few years. We have one cat he's really quiet and will only be a bother if anyone is allergic to fur. I am looking for roommates that are around my age range not anything over 25 and preferably female although men would be fine just as long as I know there won't be any boundaries crossed, such as going into the rooms unannounced (this goes for both men and females), sexual harassment or any unwanted touching (again both) and that we will all respect each other's wishes and concerns, I would love to connect with my possible roommates and hopefully develop a good friendship basically I just don't want it to be awkward all the time.
