I’ve been told I'm an extremely good roommate haha. Natasha is too. We’re both really clean, respectful, and friendly. I’m very big on the roomies being a family, and the environment has been so healthy and wonderful.
A little about me (Karina): I'm a recent grad from NYU in music and work full time in the music industry, which is a blast! You’ll usually find me listening to a podcast, making a matcha latte, or checking out new yoga studios around the city! I love to be social with friends and roomies when possible.
Living habits: I'm super super clean and organized (and really appreciate when other roomies are also clean but don't expect it). I don’t bring the party home. I have friends over on occasion. Super respectful of others’ spaces and busy schedules. Things to note: I do have a boyfriend, who comes to stay from time to time (obvi depending on what the roomies are ok with). Sometimes I take long showers and make smoothies with the blender, haha. I also love sharing the cookies I bake! My job is remote, except for Mondays when I’m in the office, so I might be home slightly more often than the average person, but still very much on the go with my freelance work.

Natasha (the roomie in the middle): Natasha honestly has been my favorite roomie to live with out of the many roommate I’ve had over the years. She’s a latin ballroom dancer, recent grad from NYU, and starting her masters this year at NYU! She’s a sweet friend, and seriously super easy to live with. She is always out of the house and seriously loves dumplings and Pinkberry.

Apartment: 3 Bedroom apt, which comes fully furnished. This room is the biggest room out of 3. PLEASE NOTE- THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM IN THIS APARTMENT. I live in one of the rooms, and there is another roommate in the middle, this is the third room. Exposed brick. Kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, water heater, and juicer) and full bathroom (with tub). The apt is up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator).
Laundry: Laundry services in the basement. There is also a pretty cheap laundry / dry cleaning company right across the street that does pick up and drop off
This Room: The room comes fully furnished: includes a remote control AC, bedframe, mattress, sheets, comforter, desk, desk chair, cabinet with several drawers, bedside table, mounted TV, mirror / jewelry holder, curtains, shelves, and decor). The bed is a full size bed, and the room has a huge WALK IN closet. Room has 1 window (with the AC, so you can't open it), and is NOT a flex room (it is a real bedroom). This room is NOT directly next to the other bedrooms, so you have some privacy. This room does NOT get any noise from the street outside.
P.S. All of my past roommates have said I'm a hella good roomie, so you're coming into a space that is very well maintained, with great energy. The space is a minimalist themed apartment, we would like to keep things neat, clean, and simple. We want someone who is bright, fun, and likes to make friends!
