Hi! I am a 26 yr old professional beginning a job in the Financial District of Manhattan! I am looking for a January 1st move date, but have some flexibility on the month. Ideally would love Greenwich Village, Union Square, Noho. Soho, or Chelsea but I am flexible as long as the commute to work is short! I have a few pieces of furniture form my previous apartment in Chicago but I am also flexible on what I leave in storage.

A little about me: I will be working fairly long hours and tend to enjoy relaxing weeknights with the exception of the occasional happy hour. I like going out and exploring new restaurants, events, and bars on the weekends, but I can also appreciate a night of Netflix and a glass a wine. I enjoy cooking and take-out equally. I work out at least 4 times a week and am always down to try a new fitness class if that would be something you are interested in.

I make an effort to keep my apartment tidy and homey and would love a roomie that feels the same.
