I just graduated and will be working in the financial district starting this October. I'll probably be spending most of my time at work, but in the little free time I have, I love to watch Netflix, hangout, meet new people, and hit the gym (if I'm feeling extra ambitious). About the Room:
The room is located in the Waterside Plaza Apartments (Go to http://www.watersideplaza.com/leasing/ for more info and photos). It was originally a 3br/2ba but we used a flex wall to create the 4th room, which is the room being advertised. It is the largest room and has amazing views of the river. The master bedroom has a bathroom and the rest of us share one. I can't take most of my furniture with me so I can leave behind almost any furniture you want.
The neighborhood is between Murray Hill and Gramercy Park.
About the Roommates:
I will be moving out and need someone to take over my lease. I live with 3 other guys. They all are working professionals (recruiting, finance, software) in their 20s (one in his low 30s) and we are looking for someone who is pretty chill and relatively clean.
