I'm pretty a pretty laid back guy, enjoy being social and going out occasionally. Relatively new to New York, currently staying in the West Village and interested in something south of 14th, preferably FiDi or Greenwich/West Village. I work 8-5 most days followed by the gym, happy hour, etc and travel fairly often.

Looking for a clean apartment with a friendly, easygoing roommate(s). Open to signing on to an existing lease. My office is located in the FiDi, so access to transportation is key. I'm willing to secure a place quickly but flexible on the start date.
