Room available in this charming 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment is bright with lots of daylight. The apartment is located 12 min walking distance from Sterling Street train station (2 and 5 train) and 14 min from Kingston Avenue st (2, 3, 4 and 5 train).
The room has large windows with great natural light, access to main fire escape and a closet.
You will be living with and sharing the apartment with 2 creative professional, one artist and one Landscape architect. Room is available for move in from 1st of March.
Move in would require 1 month rent and 1 month security.
The rent does not include utilities.
No pets.
Couples are more than welcome, but the rent would then be 900$
