I'm looking for a cool roomie to rent the second bedroom in my spacious and quiet 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment off the Seneca M / Myrtle Wyckoff L stops in Ridgewood/Bushwick starting Jan.1.

Heat and wifi included in rent. Longterm is preferred.

The room is quite big and can easily fit a queen size bed, a dresser and a desk. My room is on the opposite end of the apartment with its own bathroom so that means the bathroom pictured is all yours. Your room also has its own entrance for more convenient access as well. Perfect for someone who likes their own space.

The kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher and tons of cabinet space. The bathroom is newly renovated and very nice.

We will also have a private backyard and washer/dryer in the basement coming soon. Storage units in the basement also available.

The living room has a gorgeous exposed brick wall and has space for furniture if you have it, as my current roommate will be taking hers with.
