Looking for a fun, clean, friendly, easy going young working professional to rent out our 3rd room for 1 year. Females only late 20s early 30s.
A little about the apartment:
-3 bedroom apartment. Located in Washington heights right off of the 1 train line and A and C trains. Between broadway and Amsterdam on the west side.
-Walking distance to restaurants, bars and riverside park. Nice walk to George Washington bridge and shopping on 145th.
-Brand new laundry facilities in building.
-Buzz in front Door that connects to phone.
-Living room is fully furnished w/ flat screen tv.
-WiFi and cable available.
-Utilities not included (cable WiFi and electric but they are fairly priced split amongst 3).
-Superintendent on site and very friendly.
-Does not mind company to a minimum.
***Apartment is available April 1st.***
