Large room available in our truly massive apartment in the financial district. Two closets in the room, and a shared walk in closet and linen closet in the hallway. The bedroom comes with a double bed.
The apartment has 2.5 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room. The other room mates are all females in their mid to late 20s, all exceptionally cool. We are all pretty busy but like to hang out when we can, or do our own thing! Exercise regularly (taking special advantage of the Pure Barre located 20 seconds from the apartment, and beautiful running routes up the East and West side highways.) Very relaxed and friendly environment, people always welcome to come over but also plenty of space and respect for privacy, and we like to keep the place relatively clean and tidy.
This is a doorman building with a rooftop terrace, gym, study area, basketball court, yoga/weights room and ping pong table.
Move in date January, or mid-December by arrangement. Lease ends in July 2019 (with of course the option to renew if you wanted to!)
USD 1,500 security deposit (effectively your last months rent), and USD 100 application fee to the building. Any questions, let me know!
