Work in tech. Pretty lowkey guy looking for a lowkey roomie. I spend a lot of my time at work, in the office, though I do occasionally work from home. I try to keep the apartment shared space as clean as possible. I bike and run a lot, but I also don't make the most healthy choices food-wise so I really don't see the benefit? I'm currently in charge of a 3br apartment with only 1 other roommate who sublets and is only around 1-2 days during the week, so it's almost like he doesn't exist.

My longterm roommate moved out earlier this month and I am hoping to replace him starting in November (possibly earlier if needed). While this room could be a sublet, I am hoping to find someone who will be able to resign the lease with me starting in December for the next year+, depending on how well we get along. I like the apartment a lot, and hope want to keep it for the foreseeable future. The $1100 price includes utilities for the month of November, but when we resign the lease, the rent will most likely drop as you and I will be taking responsibility for the apartment, but this will result in having to contribute to utilities as well--which isn't that much. You will also have to take on half of the deposit, which would be around $1300(ish). Because you will be signing a lease, there needs to be proof of work (I believe 2 months worth of paystubs), a SS card, and tax information from last year. This is what the landlord would like, but there may be a compromise somewhere.
The room is rather large, and would be considered the 'Master' bedroom. It's dimensions are about 10' x 12' by eyeball, but it is probably actually bigger than that. It is not furnished with anything like a bed, but there are some things like an armoir currently in the room that may or may not be staying.
The apartment has a laundry and dryer in the basement, and, although it only has 1 bathroom, there are 2 showers, so you would technically have your own shower too. The toilet and sink are shared. The kitchen has a dishwasher and very large fridge. The living room is spacious and has a couch, though I do plan on getting another chair too to place around the table.
There is currently another roommate who is subletting the 3rd room, but he is here max 2-3 days a week, so it is almost like not having a 3rd roommate at all. I am also hardly home as I work in tech and spend a lot of my time in the office, but I do occasionally work from home.
