One Bedroom in two bedroom NORTH PARK SLOPE

I'm renting out the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment in north park slope. The apartment as you can see by the pictures is fully furnished and in a great location. It is on the second floor of a 2 floor building, has a great eat in kitchen, good sized living room, and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. One block from a grocery store, laundry, 5th ave bars and restaurants. Right near Dinosaur BBQ and Ample Hills! Near Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Bed-Stuy. If you have a car, the parking is remarkably easier than you would expect on our street. NO PETS OR COUPLES SADLY.

THE ROOM: The room is a small (10x6) bright room with one window (it's the photo with the red chair). Includes a twin bed and frame, and an air conditioner. Situated in the back of the apartment and is nice, quiet and private. The room fits a full bed and dresser. Their is no closet in the room however their is a little outdoor rooftop area that is nice to lounge on in the fall.

PRICE: $890+$90 utilities (wifi, electric, gas, Roku box with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon etc. in the living room)

TRANSPORTATION: 3 blocks from the Union St. R or 8 blocks to Atlantic/Pacific - Barclays Center (every train...practically)

ME: I'm male in my mid 30's, work as a video producer. I'm looking for a good person (male or female) who is able to help keep the apartment clean, and be considerate, smart and social.
