Ben G - $900/month

I’m a recent college grad that just moved to NYC from California. Been living with my uncle for the past 2 months and I’m looking to get out of the Bronx. I’m an easygoing dude that loves going with the flow. My own room might be a bit messy, but I’ll make damn sure the kitchen, bathroom and living space is clean. I enjoy 80s movies, good beer and the occasional classic British novel. I'm down with all kinds of music, but if you're all about blasting pop country then don't even bother. I’m a reasonable guy so whatever rules you have, I'll totally respect it. Oh and call me crazy, but I enjoy doing the dishes for some reason.
