Unfurnished room in flex-2 bedroom apartment on the 20th floor of a luxury apartment building for 10 months' stay (through August 14th).

Preferred move-in date is between November 5th-15th. Pro rated rent will be charged.

Roommate is putting up her room in the apartment up for sublease because I am moving out of NYC. She can vouche that I am a good roommate.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1 months rent for security deposit + 1st month's rent to lock in the apartment. Credit score and pay stub or W2 needed to demonstrate ability to make 40x your portion of the rent. Guarantors are okay but must be able to afford 80x the monthly rent.
