2 Bedroom 1 Bath UES apt

Hi! I'm currently working in Finance at a company called Tapestry (Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman) and looking for a female roommate in her 20s to move into the 2 bedroom 1 bath apt I currently live in in the UES. The apt has a furnished living room and bathroom and the available bedroom fits a queen bed, dresser, and more depending on how you organize it and a closet in the room as well as the outside closet! Costs would be $1350 a month plus utilities which come out to be around $50 total (wifi and electric). $100 Application fee as well as $1400 for security deposit.

I just graduate Fordham University in May 2017 and am looking for someone who is a respectful, clean roommate who knows how to communicate like an adult and is easy going and down to earth. I work 9-6 but usually am at the gym or out to drinks with friends after work. My family lives in Georgia so I like to go down to visit and I love traveling to visit my friends who have moved to other cities.
