I will be moving to Miami on August 1st, 2018. I will be starting my 12-month internship at the Intercontinental Downtown. I am looking for a private room to rent for the whole 12-months. My budget is between $700 and $1,200 per month.
I am a 22 year old student from Madrid, Spain. I have an american passport as I was born in the United States. I consider myself to be a very outgoing individual that likes to hang around people most of the time. (I also enjoy having my own space at times). I speak English (native), Spanish (native), French (fluent), and Dutch (converstaional). I would love to find a nice apartment/flat to live in, preferably with roommates. We are looking for a 3rd person for our new house at the SLS Brickell. We are 2 Spanish guys from Madrid (we met a few days ago in Miami). We are 23 & 24 years old. We enjoy hanging out together and doing plans as a house.

The room is on the 19th floor of the building. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with bathroom and 2 rooms). The rooms in general are all about the same size. There is an extra 1.5 bathroom in the unit as well.
The kitchen comes with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and electric stove. The house is not furnished but the costs will be evenly distributed when we got buy all the furniture.
The building also has awesome amenities. There’s a gym, spa, and pool on the 9th floor, rooftop pool, cinema room, pool table, and a couple restaurants on the lobby floor.
