Hey guys!! The apartment building itself is in North Hollywood. It has communal laundry on the second floor and 2 parking spaces. $800.00 a month plus utilities. If you're a couple moving in then it would be split 3 ways as I did with my last roommates. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
I moved to California a little over 2 years ago and have settled in North Hollywood recently and love it. Unfortunately, my amazing roommate had bad credit and was no longer allowed to stay here. You must have good credit!! It is a month to month, but you still need to sign the lease. I'd prefer someone that is not planning on leaving in a few months and is in it for the long haul with me! :) I have 2 cats & you must be okay with all animal types.
