Hi! I am moving out and looking for someone to take my room. It is 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. My two roommates are female, 23 & 26. Both are very nice and drama free, they work full time. One works for an alcohol distribution company so we always have alcohol around and she travels a lot for work. We hang out and drink wine together but also have our own lives.
The apartment is pretty large for NYC, we have 3 separate bedrooms, a living room, full kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate dining area, one bathroom. We have laundry and a small storage unit in the basement. Apartment is on 1st floor so not a 5th floor walkup! We are located a half a block to Central Park and 1 short block to the BC train, it is a great location with Whole Foods nearby, a trader joe's opening soon, chipotle, starbucks, etc. Rent is $1096 not including utilities. We want a fun, nice, outgoing female in her twenties. I am ideally looking for someone to move in between March 16th-April 1st. Message me if interested!
