BIG Master bedroom in luxury apartment building - murray hill!

One of my roommates has decided to move out when our lease is up Dec 31st. My other roommate and I are not ready to give up our amazing apartment and are looking for someone to resign the lease with us!

The Master bedroom is MASSIVE and has huge double closets. The room can easily fit plenty of furniture along with a queen (or even king!) sized bed. The large windows look out to the Chrysler Building and also have views of the Empire State building and East River.

The apartment is huge and recently renovated. It has a large living room, a small dining area, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen (and a dishwasher!) and has 1.5 bathrooms. There's also a balcony right off one of the other bedrooms, with amazing NYC views.

I love my building - it's a doorman building, the lobby was just renovated and the building offers a gym and laundry service.

Really just looking for someone normal and chill! Please message me for more info :) No pets!
