The room has great windows, lots of light and an ample sized closet. There are hardwood floors and it fits a double bed comfortably. There is a small staircase that leads to the room so you'll have an added bit of privacy.
We are looking for a female, 25-35 who is gainfully employed, busy, active, friendly, and laid back. Looking for someone OK with dogs and LGBTQ friendly. Non smoker, responsible, clean, and pays bills on team. They will need to sign a lease until June 2018.
