I'm Lauren and just moved to NY from Los Angeles. I am an interior designer. I am very clean, a non-smoker, always pay bills on time, and can be sociable yet still respect each other's privacy. I prefer to cook at home rather than eat out mostly. Pretty low key on the weekdays and usually only go out on weekends. Hoping to live with someone I can be friends with and not just roommates. I believe in sharing chores and communal expenses. I like to be active with yoga, dancing, hiking and traveling is a huge passion of mine. I've never had problems with roommates in the past and hope to develop a great relationship with this next one!

I have known Lauren for over five years now. We met in Barcelona in a TEFL class so became good friends. A few months later we decided to room together! I had a few roomies during my stay in Barcelona and Lauren was definitely my favorite. The place was always clean and she is very responsible individual. Also very laid back and just fun to be around. I would definitely recommend Lauren as a roommate!

Lauren and I were roommates 8 years ago and we have kept in touch ever since! To this day, she remains one of my favorite roommates and we have become close friends as a result of us living together. That's how great of a roommate she is! Lauren is very personable, considerate and super easy to communicate with -- everything I wanted in a roommate.
