One bedroom is available in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Bushwick apartment starting 8/1/18, with the option to stay for longer in October. The rent is $1000 plus utilities (usually around $90-$120/month).
The apartment has 2 floors. The first floor contains a spacious open concept layout (living room, dining room, and kitchen, along with a powder room). All three bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The middle sized bedroom (9.5ft x 15.5ft) is available for rent on starting 8/1/18 and can easily fit a King size bed (photos show a full with plenty of extra space). This bedroom, which shares a bathroom with one roommate, is located at the back of the house, away from the street, and has a full closet and one window overlooking the backyard.
The apartment is an 8 minute walk to the J train and a 10 minute walk to the L train. It is also located opposite a school, which allows for street parking should you need it.
