My name is Hope Pollonais and I am currently working in the field of ‘forensic’ architecture in which I would simply describe myself as “a doctor for sick buildings.” New York is my hospital and the buildings are my patients, many may be quick to call me technical but I would like to say I am a creative mind. I possess a bubbly personality and can be found always smiling.
Jennie Wright, the second roommate is a member of the hospitality world- "people person" and all about customer service. She works nights but can be found in the apartment on her days off. She is a socialite and very friendly in nature.
We are both pretty laid-back individuals. In short, we are two young professionals working on making our dreams become a reality in this concrete jungle of a city called "New York"! We are looking for good and positive vibes to fill our third room in our quaint apartment.

We have (1) room to rent in our home in a brownstone in BedStuy. It's an up and coming area with available street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. We have local shops (grocery, laundry, dry cleaning, yoga studios and eateries) nearby and public transportation as well (G-train is less than 2 blocks away with multiple bus stops within short walking distance of the apartment).
The room is one of three bedrooms. Utilities are not included, however we do have cable and Wi-fi. Your rent will be $1000 per month with an additional cost of the utilities averaging around $80/ month (includes cable, wi-fi, gas and electric). Our new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home; living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay at least three-six months (however, we are flexible) - it will be a month-to-month agreement. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact us.
