Recent graduate moving from the Midwest in late May - early June for work. I am definitely the "work hard, play hard" type of dude. During the week I am typically on the grind between work, working out, and any extracurricular involvement I have going on such as volunteering. I love anything social and am always down for watching any big sporting events or grabbing beers. Having said that, this will be my first time living in New York so I am definitely one to go exploring, trying new activities/restaurants/bars and seeing new places.
I am looking for a roommate that is laid back, clean, polite, and respectful. I don't mind having people over as long as it is discussed beforehand, and am always welcoming to friends.
Lastly, I am looking for a place in Hoboken or Manhattan to cut back on commute time.
