Available Room for Rent

Furnished Private Room Available in Manhattan High Rise

Hey! I am moving to Los Angeles in January to start a new job and as a result - I am subletting the Master Bedroom in a 1 bedroom flex located in the Midtown West.

The room is furnished a with a bed, dresser, large mirror as well as a standing desk that adjusts upwards if you want to stand and goes back down if you want to sit (the room also includes a computer chair).

There is a smaller shared living room (you can see in the pictures) that has bar stools, as well as a very clean kitchen (myself and my roommate have barely used it).

A little about my roommate:
The other bedroom in the apartment is occupied by a good friend of mine from graduate school. He is pretty smart (graduated from an ivy league engineering school), a good friend (in general a really nice person), works in finance, keeps the place tidy and generally keeps to himself (will be friendly if you want to engage in conversation, but will also not be in your way if you want to be distant).

A little about the building:
You'll have free access to a gym, a lounge that has free (also good) coffee 24/7. The lounge also has an extension room that has a pool table for those days you want to relax. There is also a laundry room in the building as well as vending machines on-site (for when you want a powerade, bottled water, coke, or even a cup of ramen and its too cold outside).

The people at the front desk are also really just nice people.

There is a garden for the summer months that has tables and chairs in case you want to eat outside once April / May hits and the lounge has a balcony has well in case you want to sit outside (really nice during the summer months), read a book and take in some fresh air.

Timing is fairly flexible for a move-in. Ideally, someone could start on the 1st of January - but anytime in January would work.

If any questions - or you want to come in and see the place - just ping me via e-mail and we can setup a time.
