I am looking for a roommate in order to cover the bills at home. I live with my 2 sons who are full time students. I work and I am a part time student as well. I love to have harmony and peace at my home. We like to keep it clean and neat at all times to avoid sharing the home with critters. We are pretty happy family to be around with. I am looking for an individual who is professional, A person that is neat and clean. Most of all a person that does not do drugs or try to party in the room. I do have an agreement to look over with the person who accepts to be our roommate in order to avoid any misunderstandings or miscommunication. This person will have the basement which is a big room and will have their own bathroom, closet and a small patio with private entrance through garage or back door. all utilities include, Internet, Cable and access to laundry one day a week. plenty of parking available, 5 minutes away from Springfield-Franconia Metro station. walking distance to Kingstown movie theatre , Walmart and lots of restaurants. I would like someone to commit to a year lease. I was married to military and would love to find someone with military background. Thanks
