Awesome room for rent in quiet Brentwood neighborhood. Close to the 405, less than a mile away from the upper San Vicente shopping area, and very near UCLA. Ideal for anyone who works in Westwood or San Vicente area.

The room itself is spacious, with wood floors, plenty of windows, a full bathroom, personal closet, and a private entrance at the tandem driveway (street parking is easy here, too).

The rest of the house is very open as well, with wood floors, a fireplace, and even more window space. The reasonably large kitchen houses the in house washer/dryer, and overlooks the small garden patio. In addition to the main living room there's a communal work space with a massive closet and its own bathroom which includes a shower.

About us - We both ride bikes quite a lot, so even on our off days we're typically out of the house for long periods. When we are home we're usually either cooking, watching shows, or playing games (or on the off occasion, working). Other than that, we like to keep things clean, so hopefully you do, too!

What we're looking for - Ideally, you are someone clean and interested in maintaining a comfortable living space for all. Since we both have stable jobs and have been living here for a few years already, it would be great if you could also be in a position and/or be open to living here long-term.
