Our third roommate is moving out (in with her bf) so we are looking for someone to fill her spot! We have 1 bedroom available in our 3 bed, 2 bath Upper East Side apartment. The room is HUGE and has incredible closets - yes 2! Building has 24/7 doorman, elevators, washer and dryer in building, trash room, dishwasher, open and large living room - all of which are hard to find in the city! Our apartment is actually two units put together, which is awesome for space. You will see the B (kitchen) apartment door in the pictures. We use the other A door as the main entrance. You can't even tell that that apartments were once separated!

Location is amazing - 72nd and 1st, right near one the brand new UES Q subway stations. Also within walking distance to the 6 trains. We’re conveniently located near grocery and health food stores, gyms, coffee shops, the East River, shopping, etc! We’ve been living here for 3 years and want to stay here because we love the apartment so much!!

The bedroom available is honestly one of the biggest bedrooms I’ve ever seen in NYC. It’s a real/full bedroom (no temporary walls) is the biggest bedroom in the apartment, has a HUGE closet, linen closet in room, great windows, AC and heat. The leasing company will require first month’s rent and deposit (same as a month’s rent) upon signing. Lease starts Oct 1, but we may be able to get you an earlier move in (mid to late Sept).
