Hi people. I am really close to downtown Los Angeles and we are getting gentrified out here. Meaning the rent has gone up sky high and I just can't do it alone. It's ridiculous. And to add to that, I refuse to live in a ghetto looking place. So I would like to find some brave people willing to put our monies together and get a place. This would include everyone being willing to come up with their share of first months and security. I don't have a problem finding a roommate. I have a problem finding people that don't want to put in the security. Don't be scared, really. Look at the bright side, it will all give us equal reign and equal say. Win win situation for sure.

And I have seen some really cool places. Okay I am already out of the shocked state and into the reality of it all of knowing that in order to get a decent place, I will have to fork over the money. So if I can get one person that can afford $1100 that would be great, or 2 people would be $900.

So about me, clean, generous, can be social and can be to myself, depending on my mood. I am considerate and I share. I cook a lot. I have cats. I just want roommates that will help with the cleaning, are helpful enough to pick up after themselves and friends and offer to give me a hand from time to time. I am 420 friendly, although I don't indulge. I drink once in a while. I am more of a night person. I think I am a really cool roommate, as long as you give me a hand every now and then and you are tidy.
