Greenpoint by Nassau G - Female Roommate wanted- Dec - $1250

The apartment is awesome, it is newly renovated and clean with a ton of closet space (huge closet in each room and a linen closet!) w 3 bed and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are new with glass shower stalls and the kitchen has marble counters. There are 2 rooms available, the bigger one has 2 windows facing west and south, and the smaller one has a window facing north (see floorplan). The living room is huge too and great for entertaining :)

The location is very central in Greenpoint only a few blocks to the G at Nassau and 3 blocks from McCarren Park.The only thing is does not have is in building laundry, but there are a few laundromats within a 2 block radius.

About me:

Late twenties, outgoing, loves comedy, Canadian. I work pretty long hours during the week and likes to be active/go out on weekends. I also travel frequently for both work & fun, and planning a trip to the Galapagos in Jan. Would prefer to find a roommate who is open to making friends and hanging out when home. I've been lucky to live with previous roommates who has became great friends/ great travel buddies.

December 1 start date preferred. 12 month lease preferred, but short term is doable. I'm available to show this Saturday and Sunday.
