Easy going, young professional looking to move to Manhattan/Brooklyn to be closer to work (Midtown) for under 2k a month.

I have an adorable pup (3 year old, 30 lb. Australian Shepherd) who is SUPER friendly and quiet - but I'm ok with either crating her or taking her to doggy daycare while I'm at work if necessary!

I was born in the Midwest but grew up in Larchmont (Westchester) NY, then went back to Wisconsin for college. I drink socially on weekends but nothing too crazy, non-smoker, quiet/respectful, etc. I'm pretty neat myself, but not in a neurotic overbearing way ;)

My family is still in Westchester and I have a bunch of friends in the city, so I'll probably be out and about most weekends when the weather is decent. Oh and I have a car I'm happy to share!
